a. The aircraft engine is running, or being warmed by the application of external heat,
b. The aircraft is in a hangar or enclosed space,
c. The aircraft is at a distance less than fifteen (15) meters from the exterior of any hangar or other buildings,
d. Passengers are on board the aircraft, unless the necessary safety precautions are taken.

 

2. No person shall operate any radio equipment or electrical apparatus in an aircraft when said aircraft is being fuelled or defuelled, nor shall use any material which is likely to cause a spark or to be a source of ignition.

 

3. Fuelling or defuelling shall be performed with utmost safety and security at all times.

 

4. During refuelling, both the aircraft and the fuel dispensing apparatus shall be grounded to a point or points of zero electrical potential.

 

(Prohibition of Radio Operation)
Article 21. No person shall operate any radio equipment in any aircraft when said aircraft is in a hangar.

 

(Removal, Eviction)
Article 22. The Airport Administrator may remove or evict from the airport premises any of the persons listed below:
(1)Any person who has entered the airport in violation of the provisions of Article 2, or Article 3 paragraph 1.
(2)Any person who has entered the restricted areas in violation of the provisions of Article 5.
(3)Any person who manages a business in violation of the provisions of Articles 12 through 12-(2).
(4)Any person who has used the facilities in violation of the provisions of Article 15.
(5)Any person who has used a motor vehicle in violation of the provisions of Article 17.
(6)Any person who has committed a prohibited act in violation of the provisions of Article 18.
(7)Any person who conducts a refuelling operation in violation of the provisions of Article 20.
(8)Any person who operates radio equipment in violation of the provisions of Article 21.
